Welcome to SoFresh. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website and the products and services we offer. By accessing our website, placing an order, or using any of our services, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully. In these terms, “SoFresh”, “we”, “us”, and “our” refer to So Fresh Neighbourhood Market. “You” and “your” refer to you, the user or customer.
About Us
SoFresh is a healthy food brand operating physical outlets and an online ordering platform across Lagos, Ogun, Ibadan, and Abuja. We prepare and sell fresh, ready-to-eat meals including salads, parfaits, Greek yoghurt, juices, smoothies, wraps, sandwiches, warm bowls, and other healthy food and beverages.
Using Our Website
By using our website, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old or are accessing the site under the supervision of a parent or guardian. You agree to use the website only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe the rights of others or restrict their use of the website.
You agree not to misuse the website, attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems, introduce harmful code, or interfere with the normal operation of the site. We reserve the right to restrict or terminate access to any user who breaches these terms.
Products and Availability
All products are subject to availability. Because our food is freshly prepared, certain items may sell out or be unavailable at particular times or locations. We do our best to keep product information accurate and current, but we do not guarantee that all items shown on the website will always be in stock.
We reserve the right to change, update, or discontinue any product at any time without prior notice.
Freshness and Food Information
All our meals are freshly prepared. Product descriptions, ingredients, and nutritional information including calories are provided on the website to help you make informed choices. While we take care to ensure this information is accurate, slight variations may occur because our food is made fresh by hand.

Pricing
All prices are listed in Nigerian Naira (₦).
Prices may vary depending on the location you select when using our website, as pricing differs between some of our service areas. The location you choose at the start of your visit determines the prices you see and the price you pay.
We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice. The price that applies to your order is the price displayed at the time you complete your purchase. In the event that a product is listed at an incorrect price due to a technical or human error, we reserve the right to cancel the order and notify you, even if the order has been confirmed.
Orders
When you place an order through our website, you are making an offer to purchase the products in your cart. An order is only confirmed once payment has been received and you receive an order confirmation.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including in cases of suspected fraud, errors in pricing or product information, or where we are unable to fulfil the order. If we cancel an order that has already been paid for, we will process a refund for that order.
You are responsible for providing accurate and complete information when placing an order, including your contact details, delivery address, and selected location. We are not responsible for failed or delayed orders caused by incorrect information provided by you.
Payments
We accept secure online payments through our trusted payment gateway. By making a payment, you confirm that you are authorised to use the payment method provided.
All payments are processed securely. We do not store your full payment card details on our website. Payment processing is handled by our third party payment provider, and their terms and security measures apply to the processing of your payment.
Delivery
We offer delivery within our service areas in Lagos, Ogun, Ibadan, and Abuja. Delivery availability, timing, and fees depend on your location and the size of your order.
Same-day delivery is available for orders placed within our operating hours. Scheduled delivery is available on request. If no delivery date is specified, your order will be delivered the same day.
Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to factors outside our control including traffic, weather, and high demand. We are not liable for losses resulting from delivery delays, but we will always work to deliver your order as quickly as possible.
It is your responsibility to ensure that someone is available to receive the order at the delivery address provided. If delivery cannot be completed due to your unavailability or incorrect address details, the order may be returned and additional charges may apply for redelivery.
Pickup
Pickup is available across all our store locations. When you select pickup, your order will be prepared and made ready for collection from the store you choose.
Orders are typically ready for pickup from 25 minutes after they are placed. On arrival, please go to the cashier and provide your name or phone number to collect your order.
You have a 2-hour window to collect your order. If you need more time, please call the store to request a delay. After this window, uncollected orders may be sold. You may still be able to pick up at a later time where possible, but for special orders or orders that remain unsold, refunds will not apply.
Meal Plans
Our meal plans are subscription-style services where we prepare and provide meals on a recurring or scheduled basis. Specific terms relating to meal plan duration, pricing, scheduling, changes, and cancellations will be communicated to you at the time of sign-up and form part of these terms.
You are responsible for providing accurate delivery and dietary information for your meal plan. Changes to an active meal plan may be subject to notice periods and conditions which we will make clear to you.
Events Catering
Catering orders for events are subject to separate arrangements including quotes, lead times, minimum order requirements, and payment terms. These will be agreed with you directly at the time of booking and form part of these terms. Catering bookings may require a deposit, and cancellation terms will be communicated to you at the point of booking.
Loyalty and Rewards Programme
Our loyalty programme allows you to earn points on qualifying purchases which can be redeemed for discounts in line with the programme rules.
Points have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash. We reserve the right to change, suspend, or end the loyalty programme, or to adjust the earning and redemption rules, at any time. Points may be forfeited if an order is cancelled, refunded, or found to be fraudulent. We reserve the right to remove points or rewards obtained through error, abuse, or fraudulent activity.
Cancellations, Returns, and Refunds
Because our products are freshly prepared and perishable, our approach to cancellations, returns, and refunds reflects the nature of fresh food. Our full Refund and Returns Policy explains how we handle order issues and is available on our website. By placing an order, you agree to that policy, which forms part of these terms.
If there is a problem with your order, please contact us as soon as possible so we can work to make it right.
Promotions and Offers
From time to time we may run promotions, discounts, seasonal campaigns, and special offers. These may be subject to their own specific terms and conditions, eligibility requirements, and time limits, which will be made clear at the time of the promotion.
We reserve the right to change, withdraw, or end any promotion at any time. Promotional offers cannot be exchanged for cash and may not be combined with other offers unless expressly stated.
Accounts
You may create an account to make ordering easier and to access features such as order history and the loyalty programme. You are responsible for keeping your account login details secure and for all activity that takes place under your account.
Please notify us immediately if you believe your account has been accessed without your permission. We are not liable for any loss arising from unauthorised use of your account where you have failed to keep your details secure.
